Accountability isn't a guilt trip. It's a few men who refuse to let each other drift — asking the questions most men spend their whole lives dodging. Use this list one-on-one, in your men's group, or as your own weekly gut-check. Answer the way you'd want your son to answer.
Your Walk With God
- Did you spend real time in the Word and in prayer this week — or just intend to?
- Where did you actually sense God this week?
- Is there any sin you're currently hiding from Him — and from us?
Your Marriage
- Did you love your wife the way Christ loved the church this week — in action, not just feeling?
- Did you speak to her and about her with honor?
- Is there anything unresolved between you that you're avoiding?
Your Kids & Home
- Were you present with your kids this week, or just in the same room?
- Did you lead anything spiritually at home — or leave it to her?
Purity
- Have your eyes, your phone, and your mind been kept clean this week?
- Any compromise with pornography, fantasy, or a relationship that shouldn't have your attention?
- Is there a 'small' habit you'd be ashamed for your wife to see?
Integrity, Money & Work
- Were you above reproach in your money and your work this week?
- Did you tell the truth, even when it cost you something?
- Did you give your honest best, or coast and call it humility?
Your Body & What Numbs You
- Did you steward your body this week — sleep, food, training?
- Is anything numbing you instead of strengthening you — alcohol, weed, screens, scrolling?
Brotherhood
- Did you isolate this week, or stay genuinely connected?
- Who are you pouring into — is there a younger man you're helping carry the load?
The Last Question
- Did you just lie to us on any of the answers above?
